Cross Cultural Communication (C3) Training
Two trainings are being offered. Both sessions include time for questions & answers. Attendees will receive a certificate of completion. All trainings are free.
The one-hour long training covers the basics of communicating between cultures and offers tips on how to create a positive customer service experience using that information.
The 1.5-hour long training (indicated with an E) delves deeper into the differences between cultures that create communication challenges in addition to the information in the hour-long training.
Morris Thompson Cultural and Visitors Center dates:
Saturday, September 28 – 10am to 11am, 1pm to 2:30pm (E), 3pm to 4pm
Tuesday, October 1 – 2pm to 3:30pm (E), 7pm to 8:30pm (E)
Monday, October 7 – 2pm to 3pm, 5:30pm to 6:30pm
Thursday, October 10 – 5:30pm to 6:30pm
Friday, October 11 – 1pm to 2pm
Additional dates for on-site trainings of either length can be scheduled by individual businesses.
